No refunds on games you have received. Refunds are only issued for “oopsies” orders. For example. if you place an order and then change your mind within 24 hours, you can request a refund. If I have not already shipped the game, you can get a refund. It is at my discretion because I have to deal with orders from the factory and psycho stalkers who like order my products and then request refunds just to waste my time and spite me. People are crazy.
